To our valued clients,
We want you to love your purchase, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Because our products are custom-made, special orders, or seasonal in nature, we do not carry inventory. All items are brought in especially for each purchase and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges.
The Only Exception.
We ensure all items are inspected before they are shipped, and we strive to provide safe and secure packing with all of our parcels, but unfortunately things do happen during transit. If an items shows up damaged, please email us at shhomeanddesign@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your parcel and will take care of it. Please provide photos of both the product and packaging when it arrives (this helps us recoup some costs with the courier companies).
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
